Easy Buying Process - Cash Purchase
- Choose the LevelUpLand.com property you'd like to invest in.
- Click the "Buy Now" button in the land listing.
- The next screen will gather all of the information we need to create the deed to transfer ownership to you.
- Pay online with a credit card. IF YOU'D RATHER NOT PAY VIA CREDIT CARD, PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR ALTERNATE PAYMENT METHODS (Contact Info).
- Once payment has been received, all paperwork needed to transfer ownership will be prepared for recording at the county. State specific documents may be needed (depending on which state you are buying in) and please note that some will require your signature. We'll prepare those documents as well and, if needed, send to you for your signature. A self addressed stamped envelope will be included so you can conveniently send the signed document back to us.
- Once the deed and state specific documents have been completed, we will send to the county for recording on your behalf. We'll also mail copies to you for your records. Once the county has recorded the deed, they will mail the original recorded deed to you. You are now the owner of the property!

- Click the "Buy Now Owner Finance Option" button in the land listing.
- We'll get all of your contact information for the paperwork and send you the following documents: Land Contract, Promissory Note, and Note Servicing Agreement.
- Once the note has been paid in full, all paperwork needed to transfer ownership will be prepared for recording at the county. State specific documents may be needed (depending on which state you are buying in) and please note that some will require your signature. We'll prepare those documents as well and, if needed, send to you for your signature. A self addressed stamped envelope will be included so you can conveniently send the signed document back to us.
